ROCK COMMUNITY TO PULL TOGETHER FOR DI’ANNO AID
The Rock and Metal community are a supportive bunch and they are all pulling together and getting behind Di’Anno Aid.
A charity fundraiser to raise money to help Paul Di’Anno (former Iron Maiden) to have knee surgery has been organised and will take place at Camden’s Underworld on the 11th December.
Fully supported by the Cart and Horses, Iron Maiden’s birthplace, the gig will see Airforce (featuring former Maiden drummer, Doug Sampson) and Ion Maiden take to the stage in this fundraising effort.
ALL proceeds are going straight to ”DI-ANNO AID” to give a little back to Paul who over the years has given so much to Metal Music, you can also expect a few surprises on the night too! If you can help in anyway in Fundraising by simply buying a ticket and bringing your voices, or something else get in touch with the band or Kastro at ”The Cart and Horses” Up The Irons!
Cart & Horses (birthplace of Iron Maiden) is proud to help out one of our family members in any way we can. Paul waited for the past 6 – 7 years to get this surgery done but now it looks like the only way to get it done and quick is privately. We are trying to raise funds in a bid to get him walking again. Paul has been in a wheelchair for 8 years now and his condition is not getting any better as days go by. We hope with the support from all of our friends and Paul’s friends/fans we can make this happen for our Beast.
