Ozzy Osbourne Looking Forward to getting Back on the Road Next Year
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy®-winning singer and songwriter OZZY OSBOURNE is hitting the road again next year and “Really looking forward to getting back to Europe”. He is heading back out on the Re scheduled “NO MORE TOURS 2” tour with special guest Judas Priest.
After a four months of agony and excruciating pain after his fall in January this year, he told Rolling Stone he was “taking physical and occupational therapy classes, but the progress is very slow. They say it’s going to take at least a year. I’m hoping that I’ll be OK and ready to go by January (when the UK tour kicks off). I’m really keeping my fingers crossed.”
Health wise, the Prince of Darkness has had a string of bad luck over the past 12 months, contracting pneumonia earlier this year and he is also suffering with blood clots in his legs.
Not one to be deterred though, he has been recording some new song ideas for a potential new album, that he has jokingly dubbed ‘Recuperation’.
He has also been receiving messages of support from his Black Sabbath bandmate Tony Iommi and Korn frontman Jonathan Davis.
