KKS PRIEST REVEAL NEW VIDEO FOR SONS OF THE SENTINEL
KK’s Priest have released a video for the opening song on their second album, ‘Sons of the Sentinel’
Picking up from where the fist album closes, with the death of the Sentinel character, we see, despite the fact the Sentinel has fallen, his sons picking up the gauntlet.
K.K. Downing says about ‘Sons Of The Sentinel’: “Following the epic ‘Return Of The Sentinel’, it was inevitable that this sequel would evolve. The history of these intergalactic mercenaries has to justifiably continue as long as there is metal in our veins.
It was with great sorrow that our first great father, and warlord, met his demise upon his return, but the powers of those that would be have initiated an even more powerful force to be the protectors of the entire universe. Though – heed the warning – you must always beware to never stand in their way because they are a force that are like no other and have never been seen before! They are The ‘Sons Of The Sentinel’.”

KK’s Priest played their first show in July at KK’s Steelmill and then hit the road in October for a string of UK dates. The band are due to play the Monsters of Rock Cruise, before playing a string of European Festivals including Stonedead Festival in August 2024.
The band’s second album ‘The Sinner Rides Again’ the band have doubled down on the ripping melodic force of their debut, Sermons Of The Sinner, When we reviewed the album, we said that it was ‘An absolutely stunning album, a metal masterpiece….it’s an album of anthems and there’s not a bad song on it! Bloody Epic!’
KK was recently quoted saying, “We’ve lost a lot of great people – Dio, Lemmy, for example – but this amazing and unique style of music must be preserved for as long as possible and I feel it within me to continue to play my role, as I always have, and to defend this metal genre, which we all know and love.”
The celebrated new album is a call for the classics while speeding full force into the future, delivered by some of heavy metal’s most essential performers.
