KK’S PRIEST ANNOUNCE FIRST SHOW FOR 2023 AS THEY ARE CONFIRMED AS SATURDAY NIGHT HEADLINERS AT ALCATRAZ FESTIVAL

KK’s Priest announced this weekend that they will be playing Alcatraz Festival in Belgium next year. The band are Saturday night headliners and this announcement is very exciting for fans of KK Downing and his band KKs Priest.
The band released their debut album ‘Sermons of the Sinner’ last year and had hope to tour throughout 2022, but with covid still very much a thorn in live music’s side, KK used the time to write and produce a second album which is coming very soon.
KK recently told Danny Stoakes the new album is ‘imminent, for sure’ and fans are really excited to hear the next installment.
Alcatraz Festival takes place in Belgium from the 11th – 13th August and sees KKs Priest join previously announced Friday headliners Powerwolf. Elsewhere on the festival bill, Anthrax appear alongside Sepultura, Trivium, Killswitch Engage and Overkill in what promises to be a fantastic weekend of metal.
KK Downing, Tim ‘Ripper’ Owens, Sean Elg, AJ Mills and Tony Newton will deliver an incredible set on the Saturday night at Alcatraz. Deep cuts, fan favourites and a few other special surprises are in the works for this festival performance, so this will be a show not to be missed!
