THE DEAD JACKALS RELEASE NEW SINGLE WHILST RAISING MONEY FOR LOCAL CHARITIES
The Dead Jackals, who made a sensational appearance in the Stoakeas Media Advent Calendar last month have today unleased their new single, Dreams of the Young.
The four-piece, independent rock band from the south of England hit the ground running in 2022 with Insight and Broken Hearts (which surpassed 30k streams in its first month) and are today releasing their new single “Dreams Of The Young” with anew music video and the “The Tiny Charity Tour” shows.

Three local shows are all raising money for a charity in each town, “Basingstoke & District YoungCarers,” “The Soup Kitchen” in Newbury and “The Abel Foundation” in Andover. Dreams Of The Young is a powerful and emotional ballad written by frontman Tommy K. It focuses on the fear of never quite making it in life and following your dreams.
Tommy K says, “This song means so much to me, essentially written from my perspective that in reality, I may neverreach my dreams and the fear and sadness that brings within. But the key is to never stop trying, ifyou give up, it’s game over. So keep going.”
Dead Jackals had a fantastic first year in 2022, appearing on Total Rock, Emotion FM, Radio TFSC and many more, as well as racking up over 80k streams on Spotify alone, with tours and festivals booked for 2023, Dead Jackals are here to stay!
