MARQUEE CLUB BROUGHT BACK TO SOHO – ONE NIGHT ONLY – NOVA TWINS, SOFT PLAY AND LAMBRINI GIRLS CELEBRATE THE LAUNCH OF THE FENDER VINTERA II SERIES
Fender revive London’s Marquee club for one night only with a special gig to launch their new Vintera II series of guitars.
Performances from Soft Play, Nova Twins and Lambrini Girls with Simone Marie of Primal Scream set to DJ at the pop up in Denmark Street in Soho for this special launch event. Established in 1958, the Marquee Club emerged as a key music hub nestled within the vibrant heart of London’s West End, playing host to Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, The Sex Pistols, and many, many more before eventually closing its doors in 2008. With a rich musical heritage that mirrors the Marquee Club’s legendary status, the Vintera II Series pays homage to iconic Fender® guitars of the ‘50s, ‘60s, and ‘70s, with cutting edge features and bold design, presenting an unforgettable addition to Fender’s historic electrics portfolio. After the initial Vintera series debut in 2019, Vintera II comes at a time when consumers are craving accessibility in their technology without losing the comfort, simplicity and nostalgia of retro styles and sounds. This release encompasses refinements in era-correct neck shapes, vintage-voiced pickups, along with custom colour options for Fender’s timeless models, whilst also unveiling all-new sought-after treasures like the 70’s Jaguar® and 60’s Bass VI, enhancing the collection with such rare finds.

These three bands will come together in a fusion of music and celebration as Fender brings back the renowned Marquee Club to play host to an unforgettable night as Soft Play, Nova Twins, Lambrini Girls, and Primal Scream will come together to pay tribute to the anticipated launch of the Vintera II series.
